McDonalds Midnight Gaming Kicks off

The casual gaming championship kicks off the first of its 34 tournaments in Houston and Oklahoma City on July 12. MGC is the premiere, casual gaming competition in the U.S. and is held at various McDonald’s and Wal-Mart locations around the country. The 2008 Championship kicks off its 34 tournaments in Houston and Oklahoma City on July 12, followed by Salt Lake City and Dallas in August and Lubbock in September with more locations to come through October 17.

Southwest Airlines will promote its national products “DING,” “Click ‘n Save” and “Rapid Rewards” throughout the tournaments and will be working with MGC to provide prizes which include round-trip airline tickets to the Video Gamer Awards and console video gaming equipment, including an Xbox 360, a Sony PlayStation 3, a Nintendo Wii and many games to go with the systems.
